December 2015 was a pantomime year for Exton and they most certainly did not disappoint!
The production Aladdin saw a cast of 14 principle characters and 6 child actors and dancers take to the stage in the city of Peking. There a poor laundry boy, Aladdin along with his mother Widow Twankee and his brother Wishee Washee are struggling to make ends meet while Aladdin dreams wistfully of marrying the beautiful Princess Jasmine. All the while the Wicked sorcerer Abanazar has other ideas of retrieving the magic lamp from the magic cave and ruling the world! Our heroes were more than a match for him as it turns out and as always Happily Ever After won out.
